CGI is computer-generated imagery (special visual effects created using computer software).
Pyrotechnics, prosthetic makeup, animatronics, and live-action weather elements are just a few examples of special effects, all of which are overseen by the special effects supervisor. Despite advancements in modern digital effects, computer-generated imagery (CGI) may not look as real as the best practical effects.
Sound effects, however, give you a shortcut. They're a way to establish a setting or mood without using dialogue or even music. If you're in a busy city, distant car horns or muffled voices from the upstairs apartment can tell the audience where they are. Here's another example
The SFX pack consist out of individual sound effect files which you can drag and drop on your timeline. They are very easy to use and work in all (Non-linear) editors.
